If you are not completely satisfied with your 
purchase, you may return it within 30 days of 
delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must contact us before sending the item back

To initiate a return, email us at

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged)

✦ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will 
notify you by email. If approved, your refund will 
be processed within 5-7 business days to your 
original payment method.

✦ Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please 
contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos 
of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue 
a full refund at no additional cost to you.

✦ Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage 
  caused by the customer

✦ Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
