our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

✦ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends 
or public holidays are processed the next business day.

✦ Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Europe (27+ countries):
- Orders under €50 — €4.99 flat rate
- Orders €50 and above — FREE shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days

Rest of World:
- €7.99 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 10-25 business days

✦ Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a 
confirmation email with a tracking number. Please 
allow 3-5 business days for tracking information 
to update after shipment.

✦ Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import 
duties may apply depending on your country's 
regulations. These charges are the responsibility 
of the customer. PrimeGlow is not responsible for 
any customs delays.

✦ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of 
the estimated delivery date, please contact us at 
support@primeglow.beauty and we will investigate 
immediately.
